EWING COMMUNITY DAY, October 6
Maria reserved a table. Members volunteered time so that the table will be
attended throughout the day.

An Art Board suggestion by Mel was enthusiastically received and will be
featured.

SWEARING IN OF MEMBERS
Maria will coordinate a January meeting with the Mayor for these.

CHAIRPERSON FOR EAC
Action was tabled. At the next meeting Bill will outline Chair duties and also
suggest where help is most needed.

VETERANS PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT
Epilogue, evaluation, display for November

Maria will contact Kara at the ESCC to offer assistance.

OPEN MIC COFFEEHOUSE
Update

MURALS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING & ESCC
Cindy is presently unavailable. We will need to find a way to accomplish this as
the project is much too large for one person, Rosanna, to coordinate.
